As long as you learn your class and have the best gear you will learn over time and be able to kill some people so yes. Only problem with the rhino is that it can only kill non-str classes because the other classes will out tank the rhino for so long that the rhino runs out of mana and is left with no heals or any chance to stun and get away. Ive never tried a dex geared rhino but pure or any int gear is horrible for pvp as a rhino so stick to str based gear. i've seen elite bow and savage rhinos do well most of the time.
