I have a plan since no one will merge I am going to make a new guild on an alt, get it to top 50 then merge it. I believe I will call it <feeder> Lol. This time I think I can get top 50 purely off of randoms within a month or so. We will probably require lvl 30 to be moved to our main guild.

bro trying to have 2guilds at a time not very good idea....rather try to have one day of week for recruitment and stuff and the occasional events should just do fine......
