PvP Rouge build lvl14

Need help to respec my char rouge and make it into good str and mana build, lvl14

I personally run
5/5 aimed
5/5 packs
2/5 sp
1 passives

For a str and int build, try to minimize your dmg and instead, time your crits with aimed shot (5/5 with armour debuff is deadly even with low dmg if you know how to properly stack the debuffs so they will always be present)
Aim (no pun intended) for about 2000 health and 1,050 mana and as for dmg .... around 114 will do honestly.
However I don't know your gear, your playstyle and your objective with this build (vs? gw?) so I can't formulate a proper one for ya.
