So i'm still not sure,
does it matter if i put the gem in my lvl 5 weapon or in my lvl 5 armor/helm (whatever)
Does it also work on items that, lets say, already have a 3.0 damage boost (my amulet for example has it).
So would it make sense to upgrade my amulet?

Can anyone pls give me advice i dont want to waste my only two para gems.

Never use it on helm/armor. Those gears always gets updated (e.i. Tarlok, ancient, necro etc.) and it had more chance that the gear you will upgrade will be outdated by new helm/armor.
Better used it on lasting gears like weapons (the best weapons on twinks are always been the same for a very long time).

If you put it to your equipment, it will have same effect as if you put it into weapon. But equipment does update all the time.

The damage is exactly the same no matter what slot or item you put it in. So try putting it either in a weapon or if there's an equipment that won't ever be outdated (most likely) such as the rings at 15/16 and myth helm or hooks at 26.
