So has anyone been using blinky on PvE war? Wondering if I should open mine or sell?

i used mine since i got it during the event. i dont see any disadvantages on PVE.. some even use it in PVP.

To use it or not is your own decision.. for me its all good.

The toxin and the less armor in his passive and aa is great plus its almost arcane stats so open it

I have level 40 Blinky in my warrior. The toxins are sweet trust me open it.
