This is an issue on bigger screens, as a warrior or even as a mage its sometimes hard to determine the right time to heal because looking at the top left corner distracts from the action. So this would be a really useful addition.

This would probably block the screen for mobile users.
Then add a toggle in options so everyone has them the way they like it.
