L10 and L12 are a lot more common than L11. Even in Pre forgotten event, no one who wanted to do 10-14 thought of 11. It was 10, 12, or the occasional 13.

I'd say best of luck with the tournament, but you will probably not get more than 3 contestants, besides yourself.
