Remove the DMG passive (and put it into Armor), since I would assume you use a DMG% pet. See http://www.spacetimestudios.com/show...=1#post1580851 for details from Null_Void

As far as skills go, 7 is too many, and a waste of skill points.

If you are confident in your ability to stay alive (or run with a good party), I would go with a full offensive build. Clock, Ice, Fireball and Lightning is the classic build for this type of Sorc. This will give you great crowd control and a nice set of high damage skills. If you are ambitious, and have good control with it, Gale is an underutilized skill in elites. Granted, I've seen a lot of Sorcs fail miserably with Gale, but some of the best Sorcs I know can effectively keep mobs rooted, frozen and/or knocked down 100% of the time with Ice, Gale and Clock. If you lack the necessary control to utilize Gale, you end up scattering mobs all over the place and runs turn into a glorious mess.

For me, I would go with the following:

Frost Bolt (3/5): Add Ice Wielder and Shiver upgrades.
Time Shift (4/5): All upgrades except for Time Bomb
Fireball (4/5): All upgrades except for Scorch
Lightning Strike (4/5): All upgrades except for Shock

    Passives:
    Armor: 5/5
    Crit: 5/5
    Dex: 5/5
    Int: 5/5
    Str: 5/5

Passive: use 5/5 Agility (+dex) instead of 5/5 dmg. Mage should use dmg pet, dmg passive doesnt stack with it.
I dont like curse in pve, use more point in fire and ice.
    Check some build here: http://www.spacetimestudios.com/foru...***-Discussion

@ Kali, if you reference Madnex's armor chart, would 5 armor points on mage really make all that much of a difference? Personally, I'd run 5/5 INT/Dex/Str/Crit - Then put points into Fire/Ice/Clock/Shield/Lightning/Gale (using the builds others have already stated here)
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's not a large difference, probably about 60 Armor, but if you are going with a full offensive build, you'll be left pretty squishy, which is why I would go with the armor passive. Sure, Madnex can use like 17 skills and swap skills instantly while pulling and attacking, but I sure as heck can't, so I go 4 skills and max out passives.

Armor will work in some cases but keep in mind that it gets voided by the debuff system.

I'd probably go for gale over armor. Though if gale is used wrong in pve it can be a headache for a party.
