Ignore list really laggy?

Whenever I add a name to my ignore list, it doesn't get added till about 10-20 seconds later.

The old Ignore List used to ignore player only 1 toon (Not including all of his toons in his/her account)
The current Ignore List, Ignores player by All of his/her toon in his/her account. This makes it slower than the old one, I think.

I think ignore list is glitched. I ignored someone and I could still hear them..

Yup, had this issue too! Went to ignore someone (did it to like 7 people today) and I waited, nothing. Tapped it again and I said I had already ignored said person X_X
