I would advise yowie first and foremost ( the rest you mention are better rogue/mage pets)
Firstly, yowie is the best legendary stat pet, with a very war-preferable stat bonus
Its AA has an ethyl like effect and at lvl 41, it can cast frost block as a passive which can immobilise single mobs and even trouble bosses slightly
The price range is pretty decent, also nilbog is a good pet as well even with the nerfed cd
Yowie, nilbog and nightshade are pretty great pets for an average player

In another thread, yowie has already won over gyrm.
Gyrm is a typical rogue pet...yowie on d other hand works very well for warriors in both elites and on normal maps...It provides a gr8 stat boost and also helps in crowd control...
As for lil bear, idk y u added dat pet in dis comparison lol.
    My money is on yowie!

Well, difference in opinion here. Yowie is definitely the best pet if you're on the highest hp build. 500+ hp with yowie.

But then, consider armor. An endgame tank has 1.8k+ armor. lets Say with little bear stats, 1900 armor. When you use littlebear AA, you get 10% armor boost +100 hp. So basically +190 armor for 8sec.
Now that was a low armor build. Now consider a tank with Bulwark & Imbued/Necro/Icescale set & Talisman with an archon ring. This tank will have around 2.7k armor with little bear and about the same hp as an average tank (mythic set user). On tapping little's AA, he gets +270(10%) armor boost. Which makes his armor almost 3k. With nearly the same hp as a yowie user.

Considering armor and hp matter most in hard-hitting elite mobs, the huge armor boost provided makes an efficient tank, who can stay alive in heavy mobs and protect his rogues and mages.
