Heal with shield or venge with strength buff? Please advise with your reasoning, thanks in advance.

Venge with str buff. 50 str at lvl 5 is insane. And it increases your health by 500 which is probably more dmg than the shield would prevent

I think it's just 25 str buff with mana return.

Edit: 50 if charged.

Probably shield cuz it's helpful for your whole team
