Best level to run LB?

1) What is the best level to run events such as Ursoth with?

2) Would it be easier being a geared twink* such as level 14 or a geared newly 46? ( I am aware that 46 is new and everything is unknown till release so you may answer with running from experience from level 41)

3) If I was running as level 14 twink, would you say it is harder to find a decent party (running with PuG's)? or is it easier to solo or form a small group.


Please tell me based upon or experience, I would really appreciate it!

1) 15 & Endgame

2) You'll have a lot more to do at endgame as we have the new cap etc with things to farm and a increase of activity at endgame. You'll make money at endgame whereas twinks only make gold in events. I'd say 46 as your more likely to find gear party's too. ( was this questions about events?)

3) Depends on how the bosses are in maps and who you are running with.. When I played my L15 Mage I ran the last event with pugs and it wasn't too bad but frustrating at times. ( I was very well geared which made it easier)

If going for lb 15 twink is very strong place to be
I also heard 5 is good though never tried it
Solo rogue is usually the easiest for events at twink...
