So, with that in mind,I'd go with Maridos! Maridos is like a powered up Singe, whilst toor is like a powered down SNS of sorts. As far as base stats go, Mari will give you the best stats of any pet (on paper, though dmg will be a bit lower than Nekro/Singe), Toor on the other hand has decent stats at best. Mari also gives a nice buff on AA which benefits your whole team (which is always appreciated). Toor's AA ok the other hand makes some semi-decent dmg/debuff pools that aren't that strong even when the enemy manages to find their way into them (which won't happen much unless it's a cluttered clash setting in CTF).

Toor. It gives significantly more damage than maridos and the initial damage dealt by the AA is quite powerful.
