Best ring for lvl 31 shivering mage?

I am currently using the +2 hit % +10 damage ring.
But if there are better rings, please post here.

Try Dark Face (Blue 2% hit) or Fierce Face with L20 Fine Platinum Band of Bravery (1% crit, 11 dmg).

But what is more important? Hit or crit?

But because blue shivering talon I'd go hit face w/ crit ring for looks.
