FULL gear set (ALL 4 PIECES) must be equipped to get bonus....... Meaning if you have JUST 1 piece equipped (i.e. just helmet) or you have JUST 3 pieces equipped you DON'T get bonus....

ALL 4 PIECES MUST BE DONNED.......
