Yes, crit is dependent on enemy armor as well.

Criticals landed: 14 (16.67%)

Total critical damage: 3581

The damage quoted is all effective damage and effective damage correlates with critical damage. So it's simply crit = 2 x (damage - enemy armor) and NOT crit = (2 x damage ) - enemy armor.
