    Its being crafted .. not dropped..

    1 Lock Orc Hair
    1 Orc Armor Scrap
    1 Orc Bead Necklace

    Can be done crafting in 30 minutes. And if you open , it would buff all players near you.

    Maybe someone opened an effigy and you have been buffed too.
