End game

I have 4.5m gold atm and dont mind using it for making a end game account, i wanna carry on end game considering i use to be pretty good at level 41 but now everything is cheap as **** i dont know what i need that fits budget and will be good enough to not be a dummy. I currently have a lv41 warrior(good kdr) and 41 rogue(Just below 1:1 kdr)

Also, what will i need and how much will it cost? Btw if my budget isn't enough for end game what twink level should i go to?

Yeah thats low budget. You need around 3 mill for arcane ring, around 2.5 mill for planar amulet, new mythics for which u gotta farm( just for completing a first set u need 100 insig(15k each atm). New bows are good also( dont cost a lot, just missin a proc which is helpful in pvp (41s bows have procs). And dont forget u have to jewel all your stuff.

Its not that expensive as it was before, but still you need more gold. There for, twinks.

I would recommend lvl 10 or 23.
