like a chat room service.... like MSN kinda thing but for chat rooms but u can also chat individually and send messages, etc... its free... i just installed it... checking it out

ya ... install it and try it out... add me or something... i'm still figuring it out myself but some ppl use it on the forums here and there are a few PL chat rooms i think...

Why are you/ppl always opting for proprietary solutions?
Use an universal one, like jabber-based MUC, and every one can connect. Since gmail users have by default google talk, which IS a jabber application, their mail ID is a jabber ID as well.
Since most ppl have a gmail account, this would be the best way to go.

but the palringo also can add all the many accounts u have like google talk, msn, icq, aol, jabber, etc etc

this not just group chat but also voice real time chat, msgs, etc
