    Just Started some days ago an L40 Reaper Bear and was wondering the debuff of the Reaper does.

    Anyone has an idea?

    i would say hit and armor but im not sure

    Ye found it, decreases Hit for like 7% and Armor for 10 Points. Thats OP at twinking
