Why cant i enter roach hotel

I can enter all sewer maps but somehow roach hotel seems locked. What àm i missing. I remember abandoning à quest some time back so maybe that caused it?

you need to defeat the level before roach. So kill all the monsters.

Ya if you can't host a level its cuz you have not 100% completed the map right before it.
