How do i go about getting city of kelys unlocked? Have every campain completed in acheivements(aside from tindirin)..lvl38 now an curious

Can't remember exactly as it's been a while since I was at that point, but if I remember right, you should go to Stronghold, and go to the castle at the bottom left of the map. You should be able to go downstairs, and should see a portal to Kelys. There might be a quest involved with unlocking the portal, can't remember. Hope this helps!
