Hmmm i not sure about best gear at that lvl. I think ice scale set of potency or epidemic set is still best. Bow... Hmmm umbral brutality with para should be great.
Ring and amulet for that you should check which is best for you or ask somebody who twink there i were there there only for a while and when i played best ring was night ocean and best amu tarlok.
