They never said that the Arcane Deary would require a normal Deary. Not all pets are craftable

Anything regarding Arcane Deary being craftable or needing Deary eggs to obtain was never confirmed, and were all just rumors and speculation. People just assumed that the Arcane Deary was craftable using regular Deary eggs and decided to buy up the market in anticipation. When in reality, it's just a crate/stable pet like it was meant to be.

TBH, I don't think anyone started the rumor. It's just people believing that Arcane Deary eggs could be possibily crafted, and that belief must have started before the release of Arcane Deary. So those people bought many Deary eggs, the price rises and people start believing more and more. I strongly believe that the best rumor dispatcher... is the auction itself.
