Hmm , adding the idea of "raids" to the game would jump it up to top mmo RPG of 2016 XD but not in that way. There should be waves of mobs , each one getting harder and harder until you reach the boss. No respawns should be allowed . each time you kill a wave your reward increases . All players receive their reward once last party member dies. The arena should be like the ones we got ( shuyal ( no longer here ) , planar ) once the match starts the way in is closed , but unlike those , you won't be able to respawn . This is how the waves will work : each zone of arlor will be spreader in 2 waves . so let's say 1st wave : 6 Elite forest mobs ( lesser ) , 2nd wave : one elite forest boss and 9 stronger forest mobs . 3th wave : 6 elite ydra mobs , 4th wave : 1 elite ydra boss , and 9 stronger ydra mobs.. Etc , etc , etc . Each raid increases the rewards or adds new ones. If a party reaches the last wave , they should get a special reward like 15-20 plat , a titile , or a special vanity. Each wave above 7 will add-up 10k , one ankh , and maybe some other exclusive items . all waves above 15 will add-up rare rewards , like massive locks , eggs , vanity sets , special raid chests ( new item , with chance for new gear ) And maybe some rare crafting elements only available from the arena . dead party members will respawn at a waiting area . a player that did not enter the arena , will not receive rewards , while if he did enter and died , he will receive the reward of the wave his party members reached . who can get bored with that? Thus opens doors for guild contest , new events ( like double rewards , or extra levels , or even bigger events ) like having a special event boss with exclusive loot spawn there randomly would be awesome. This was suggested multiple times , and it is something that has to be added...
