a lot of people has been complaining recently about lost items on their inventory after the expansion. first of all CALM DOWN...


most probably this is a bug/glitch but please help the support team so that they can help you

first thing to do send a ticket or email to support@spacetimestudios.com

be very detailed as much as possible with your concern because this is the easiest way for the support team to prove that you really lost an item/gold/egg and not just going with the flow to get free stuff (like c'mon guys -.-)

here's how i would do my email if ever

I am sending an email regarding my a lost item on my inventory which is (whichever you lost e.g. shady and surge egg)

i got this item through the consignment shop last night right around 7:45 PM EST and i bought for the sake of merching

now when i log back in the acct i still saw the egg in my inventory after the patch when the game had a maintenance but when i log in earlier around 8:30 AM EST the egg was no longer on my inventory i know i never had any other transaction on regarding that egg and I am pretty sure i did not delete it so kindly investigate my account so i could retrieve my lost item

you guys can also click on the contact us link right below this page or click on SUPPORT on the options above to send a ticket kindly stop ranting guys this causes panic to the community the developers are looking into it but this would be a teamwork between the players and the STS team... so don't lose hope you'll get you items back just follow the procedure and be patient
