[Suggestion] Skill cutomization

Hello,

I came out with idea about something like vanity but for skills that would change skill icon and visual effect/animation, for example change color and animation of arcane shield add different look. Skill customization items can be looted from locked.It's boring to see all time the same effect of skill.

Imagine how much work they have to do to implement it.
Otherwise it's a great idea.
