14 int points causes a 0.28 increase in m/s, so unless your m/s had a decimal value of greater than or equal to 'x.72' then it would probably just be 4 m/s.

Use this equation

M/s = 0.78 + (INT x 0.02) + M/s from equips

without your gear equipped, and then equip all the Enchanted stuff. The difference from the calculated m/s versus the equipped Enchanted gear should give you the more accurate value.

Without gear
Int= 277
m/s from equipment= 0 m/s

So: 0,78+(277 x 0.02)+0 = 6.32

With gear
Int= 333
m/s from eq= 0

So: 0,78+(333 x 0.02)+0 = 7.44

and total m/s with gear is 11 m/s, so
11m/s - 7.44 m/s = 3.56 m/s

So with rounding of m/s in stats window I'd say m/s is indeed 4 m/s.

About the 5 m/s: could be 4 m/s with 1 m/s because of the 14 int points. Not sure how to test this though *Confused gaze*

No bonus from Fortified with Royal sewer hammer. There is however with the Fortified Mace. +4 crit, +4 h/s, +4m/s, +4 dmg
