Does anyone know if u can dual lvl 55 sets? I wanna do mm set and raid roach lvl 55 sets but i don't think we got enough skill points. Actually, if we switch to like void, cosmos I think we do have enough skill points. Not sure though

Yes you can.

55 sets aren't any different from any 55 piece, which you can dual spec with.

Pink gear is actually easier to dual spec with than green/orange.
