Planar Pendant vs. Level 54 Arcane Pendant

i think the arcane pendant is only good for mage because :
1 : its add about 20 damage .. and 29 dps.. put some jewel and can be better
2 : we get more crit
3 : the lose of str for who using the str type is not that big you only lose 3 str points.. u can put forti str and make it better ( this only for who using shield )
- but the hp loose is about 120-150 hp loose.. just Exquisite nature and won't that big of health losing
for me if i have the recipe i will go for the arcane pendant c:
once again.. Mages rule again
