New to the realm of BEAR, thinking Dex/DPS Bear! :]

Hey all, my first char. was a Bird [didn't enjoy/deleted it], then I decided to go with 2 mages [one for farming, one pally for pvp].

Now I'm totally new to playing with Bears, and playing as Dex/DPS Bear with no experience could be a horrible decision.

That is where you guys come in! Any tips for this noob at DPS/Dex bears, should I join large parties to save potions?

P.S. How do you get your hands on a snowball launcher... or what other lower level dex weapons are good?

I've heard snowball launchers don't drop at all anymore, is this true?

Generally for lower levels, I like using fast weapons (long bows or normal bows).

Yes, snowball launchers don't drop anymore since they were just a Christmas special.
