Twink tomb problem

Helo! So i have some problem with entering Watchers tomb/ Kraag tomb. On my lv5 twink cant go in these tombs, idk whats the problem. No quest to them... I cant perfect english as u can see But i hope u understand my problem, so i just wanna run the tombs for energy essences. Thanks if u hear me, Amen

kragg quest from a NPC noxxar standing in front of the fountain near the auction places in kragg

NPC in travellers outpost give quest to enter watchers tombs

u have to complete each quest in each squence 1,2,3,4 getting each quest respectivly

I think you need to be at least lvl 6 to get the watcher's tomb quest.
