Fortified nature/diamond vs Standard Fury

I know fury is the best jewel for warrior, but also the most expensive. Instead of farming a lot for higher fury, would affordable ones (like standard) with a mix of higher ranked nature and diamonds work as well? Or could standard fury jewels alone still beat higher up nature and diamonds?

mix it up will be ok...i recommend excel fury at least combined with noble/exquisite nature/diamond...if u hv mythics/arcanes put 2 fury and 1 nature/diamond
