    Default Arcane hammer 16 is too slow, rare proc and doesnt freez at pvp

    Hammer have nice stats but so slow attack/charge, proc is too rare and doesn't freeze at pvp. At PVE it works perfect, but come on, it's pvp weapon, why so useless?

    It does freeze in pvp, but it just like 1 second or so. I have tried it.

    I dunno about proc but ..the arc maul supose to be slow its has a higher dmg and low dps ...same like the one at lvl 31 arc maul

    Warriors gained 120+ dmg from this weapon. Rogues gained 50. Mages got 20-25. Dont complain about the proc when tanks have over 300 dmg at lvl 16 lmao. And u think rogue proc is that good? Pff

    L16 tanks twinks with arc maul can rekt a dps in 1combo with perfect timing
