No, it wont

If they have the same base damage then yes.
Dps= damage * attack speed
So if arch dagg does 500 damage, with 1k dps, then it hit 2 times a second. If... Somehow, Immo dagg does 500 damage as well, then indeed it hits 2 times faster (or else how does it make up to the double dps?)

Not really. DPS is how fast our weapon hit/charge. Example dev maul vs storm sword

A warrior with 100 dps and one with 300 dps using sword, they will charge at the same time, cuz imo charging time is fixed.
