Account problems! Saying "No account was found for the specified email"!
It was working earlier after I logged in to test the new patch, though I had forgot my password, and ended up resetting it. I am using the right password now, but it is saying there is no account! I only loaded it earlier to make sure it installed correctly and didn't even stay on for more than 5 minutes, no gaming or anything that could cause any problems to my knowledge? My in-game name is Sierrona. What could be the problem? I am scared my account is suddenly gone for no known reason?
What can I do?

Well I did email them, also made an unregistered account character to see if my character still exists, and it still sends friend requests to Sierrona, so the character still seems to exist. My fear of it for some reason being a ban is less, because bans say you are banned. But for it to suddenly not see my email as valid at all? It's just really distressing to find the possibility of it all being gone. Is there an average wait time to hear back from support?

Within a day they should get back to you, depending how busy they are.
Don't fret, these type of things can be dealt with easily with their help.

This will be fixed with today's update, has to do with newly registered or modified account emails being case sensitive (and they won't be again after the update).
