Warrior is cool for any level imo
As for armor/helm it doesn't matter it's dusk or light. They both give same stat.
I choose potency vs assault looking at my other stats and choose what do i need more. Potency gives more mana but assault gives more damage. I'd choose arcane aegis over sword especially for clashes. Proc works like mini juggernaut and it definitely kicked arcane sword from clashes because of better tank survivability. Arcane pendant is cool but don't forget about planar pendant for those who can't afford arcane pedant. It's also awesome amulet. Quick refresh how to make it: Buy dragon bar for 150 dragon teeth in expedition camp shop or buy it from auction/forum/any player in game. Buy mythic planar relic available in planar tombs shop for 250k. Buy ancient planar pendant recipe from auction ( cost below 1k ). Get 3 boss essences in planar arena. They drop pretty often and you can get it within 1-2 runs. Then go to planar tombs and get 120 planar essences. Best and fastest way to do it is doing daily quest which gives 10 planar essences per day. ( Tomb 2 is fastest to complete. One run takes around 4/5 mins ). You need 60 essences separated for cleansed boss essences, and 60 to be able craft pendant.
Skills: axe throw for sure 5/5 with mastery 1/10.
Horn of renew 4/5 ( without taunt )
Juggernaut 4/5 ( without taunt ) yes i know last upgrade adds also armor but it wont really change much and I'd use this point in other skill. Mastery of jugg 10/10 because 5 second faster cooldown does really make difference.
Vengeful blood 5/5
Skyward smash 3/5 with damage and stun. If you want ( i prefer to use that ) use skuward smash 4/5 with last upgrade which gives mana back to you. It works for me very often.
Passives : durable, might, agility, knowledge, damage.
I know there can be too many points but then just go with passive agility 3/5 or 4/5.
