Unlocking Locked dungeons

Hey all,
I thought dungeons are unlock now for players who got the whole dungeon place. Why do they have to unlock it again? Coz my some of friends are asking for my help to unlock dungeons.. or maybe I misunderstood the past update about unlocking dungeons that u own or idk.

thats weird.. how come my friends needs to unlock the dungeons in order for them to play...

yes the new update is that as long as you have the campain. or map pack then you can play all levels.. maybe your friend dont know about that part of the update and think that they still have to unlock.. try it out with your friends today you host a game and let them join and see if it works

I did that but they said.. they still have to unlock.. lol lol.

Maybe this only extends to newly purchased campaigns. Meaning if you already purchased the campaign before the patch, then you still have to unlock the maps that were locked for you. If you were lucky enough to wait to purchase the campaign after the patch, then you get to reap the full benefits of this new update. I personally cannot check into this for you since I have everything unlocked, but if you could get some screenshots for confirmation, STS will probably work on a fix.

That change was a temporary change to work around some problems related to quest portals in 1.7. 1.7.1 fixed those problems, and those dungeon series which require completing prerequisite dungeons for access now require each character to do so. Characters which were created prior to 1.7.1 were granted the completion flags for dungeons if any of their characters had completed them.
