+ Decreased cooldown time for Archer's Evade.
+ Increase the amount of health given by all endgame Elite sets.
+ New super-Elite sets give more Armor depending upon class.
+ Reduced the amount of damage done in endgame PvP arenas (Level 75+) by an additional 10%.
+ Skill and Attribute point Respec is now free (zero Platinum).

Why the speed gone?? Pvp i will understand if want to remove it but we spend big amount of plats and get removed in the end, why??.

Pvp update is only best and balance for green ping players, yellow ping 300 -500 like mine is a disadvantage, i couldn't complete even 3 spells without getting nuke that really fast, and can't run fast enought vs 60-90 green players, my view of this pvp is still a very huge disadvantage for us.

The crafted level 80 sets no longer provide the speed bonus. Also, the purple halo and purple sparkles reappeared for the set bonus visual effect instead of the greenish smoke visual effect.

Thanks Cinco for all the update and care.
Honestly, I love the speed for the set but I prefer slow speed in pvp area since our PL pvp system is somehow rely on the range. with speed in pvp area, its hard to see the range and ruins the pvp personal skills. I have all mage, bear, and bird classes, but honestly Str set is still hard to hit anything. bear is really struggle with that and can not kill anything. I could say that when we were at Level 76 cap, it was perfect balanced for pvp. I dont know if it is possible to make the balance similar to that period, but as an old player, I think most old player felt it as well.

Also, the Strax set bonus doesn't look like it's working properly again. Instead of adding more health and armor to the set in today's update, all of my stats decreased.

now that classes are appearing more balanced, they're shifting their efforts towards balancing certain players instead.
