The droid was exclusive. Think it was won from a haiku poem contest back in 2011, and few won it. But I'm pretty sure sts took the costumes away from all won won it because it caused much trouble and some who didn't win it wanted it. So sts took away from all so others wouldn't get mad. Nobody has now except devs like seo, whom I've seen with it on.
