All 3 Horus Pieces should be under 10k But the Shocklance is expensive. The next best thing is a Horus Spear which would be under 5k

But I think some orisis(spellcheck I think) pieces should be used also.
I'm a dual spec bird but yeah mix and match horus and orisis(str) pieces.

Does Osiris have ms? Since Horus now has ms it's ideal due to dex also improving a birds skill damage.
