What is rusher?? This is pvp PVP has no rules

Didn't see your post before, but "rushing" is a term used when someone doesn't wait for the other player in a fight to get ready, eg. if both parties don't say go before, or even if you start attacking before the other guy buffs you will likely be called a rusher. However, many people, especially in lower levels have a hard time coping with losing, and thus calling the others rushers, runners, etc. is merely an excuse to help them cope with the loss.

Sts did not make the go system, the players did. You are in no way obligated to follow the go system. Rusher is a childish term, rush all you want, and win all u can .
