Yes, this actually nerf the amount of damage I deal to some1 who is running when I use Gale skill. Even if the certain target is into the skill range I have to wait at least 1 second or more so Gale will hit the target, it means the enemy has to stop or something even if im in front of that player, and this because of delay issues (with this skill). I've been playing Warrior for awhile and CS skill is just the same, it doesn't matter if you are close to the enemy (I mean when enemy is running and you go behind for that kill). But I've not seen these kind of issues with rogues, they hit you from distance no matter what, arrows will just EAT you. But nvm, rogues will say the class is not over powered lol when everything is just perfect for that class so I guess it's better to leave rogues alone in pvp maps so you won't have delay problems :3.
