Problem with artifact daily

For the last 3 day's I was unable to receive my daily/and hourly quest if dev could pop in my acc and check what's going on would help ton!!

My guild an I discussed the problem and think we have the answer. Once you reach level 62 you lose the ability to get the quests. I'm guessing this is such a wide spread problem we will see a fix soon.
