fox buffs?

Foxes arent bad at 100 cap they are way better then they were back then maybe 76 they were ok. They do a lot of dmg on a 100 bird if u dont keep your distance and if you know a good combo u can nuke a bird but ive rarely seen a fox do that just yet.

We have too little HP to do it consistently, we would need to dodge both roots, repulse, and another arrow (blind, break, or blast).
