Getting tired of speed set pvp

Hi yall, would just like to say that after being a rogue and using speed set in tdm for so long it's getting quite annoying now. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE sniping and how it becomes so fun with speed set, it's just killing someone isn't always a good thing. If you kill someone that has a speed set, they can get over to you in literally no time, and they have their pet aa up and you don't, so you lose. Especially if you're Rogue v Rogue, where a pet aa basically decides whether you live or die in most cases. Anyone else feel like this?

After killing someone, you're left at a huge disadvantage which really irritates me
