Hmm, is it just me or does the Winter Village boss not drop anything for the 2 plat dungeon?

Thank you for getting the event running again this year, I appreciate the damage the pure stat weapons deal now in pve.
Last year Grotto was bugged and we all where able to host this with just the winter fest entry fee of 2 plat.
This year you have fixed that bug to purchase the Xmas Portal Hunter Elixir.
However there are bugs this year as well, maps 1 Winter Village and 2 Father Frost's Factory, once you kill the boss there are no drops. Its a waste of 2 plat each time.

Why wouldnt we want L10-L50 old gen items come back? Just so people who collect them can make an item like that OVERPRICED? No. Its ridiculous how overpriced items like that have become. I dont even twink pvp and i know l25 toyman is amazing. These old gen items need to be brought back. We have had the recycled duckfoots/candle/cutter/holly/sled/pjs for 4 years. Only had those old gen items once.
It was bugged but no one ever figured that it was. In turn no one said anything on forums about it. Though charging us 25 plat for 1 item from last year+ this years loot is ridiculous. Thats 2X the size of the loot table. Im fine with the time reduced to 1hr instead of 4hrs like it was last year, but to charge us at 25 plat per 1hr and lose the elixir after 1 drop? Thats just crazy. The spawns for killjoy are lower then they were last year and on top of the lowered gold per run. Simple fix would be to change the elixir to the full 1hr time instead of everytime somrthing is looted. Fix toyman factory/winter village and everything is solved.
200 plat wasted on recycled vanties that everyone owns. Such ashame that updates have come to be like this.
Im done wasting plat until 1. We get the full hour for drops or 2. You lower the prices and give us the drops for an hour
It's a collectors item so it should stay where it is. Why should we bring them back just because YOU want it back? Tuff for the people who can't afford it but to bring it back is to rip off the people who had to WORK HARD TO GET IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Same I'm not spending anything til grotto goes back to 2 plat.
Grotto was 2 plat for 4 hours last year. I made a total of 60mil from last Christmas we can't make this up. It was no tickets just a buy and enter thing.

Hosting Grotto last year for 2 plat was an exploit. You were never supposed to be able to circumvent buying the legendary "Xmas Portal Hunter" elixir sold in the store (last year for 50 Platinum).
The feedback in this thread with regards to the access item price, effect duration, vanity payout, etc. is all valid and will be used to make next year's event a little less cataclysmic.

Ayy there will be a next year, im not upset grotto is more this year... i think we all knew there was some kind of slip up last year in the back of our heads. I just dont like it how 1 boss=25 Platinum... to put this in another way,
10 plat is 2 dollars. So you have us paying 4.5$ per boss? Did i do that right. I wont be participating in this event along with 95% of PL, its kind of crazy no offense.

Only if you buy plat at that particular price. It all depends on the price of the pack. If you bought the largest plat offer (2000) at normal price, it's $1.12 per boss. If you purchased it during the Black Friday sale (what was it? ~$68 for 2000?), it's about 85 cents per boss.
Last year it was 2 I remeber. Cinco ways happened?

Grotto for 2 Plat was an exploit. It was supposed to be 50 :-)
I have to agree, STS doesn't take kindly to feedback for some reason. A lot of us aren't "salty" or insulting about how we post but STS deletes it anyways.

Feedback is fine, and there are plenty of examples of negative feedback on the boards that we accept, but if people are insulting, or threaten to quit if they don't get their way, they lose their voice with us.
Not spending 25 plat for a drop that might be from last year's event. Also, what was the point of the 2 plat elixer? Toy factor and winter village don't drop anything.
