Or release level specific quest options. I wouldn’t mind remaking a toon and going to the npc in blackstar and having an option(level to 36 arbiter idk 50,000xp)(level 41 75,000)(level 46 100,000) or something along those lines, doesn’t need to be that high. Idk or release 2 level caps in one update , just shoot to 66-70 cap and release the 2 new arb pieces using the quest options. Idk this game is honestly one of a kind though. I been playing since the beginning and arb pieces brought drive to the game.
