They released some avengers vanities many years ago. They could probably release some newer ones, but I don't think that shield you posted would be implemented because STS doesn't want to get into legal issues.

They could just change it, it doesn't need to look the same.

This would fall under Copywrite laws. They cannot use that logo unless they pay disney. Its just like movies, you cannot put any logo that has be TM'd in a movie without permission from said company.
