It's not a bug, you are viewing from rogue character so all kinds of character will look like this. Same goes for warrior and mage.

Yes it is a bug - the updated inspect screen has the other tab etc.

First guess would be that something is wiping the patch files from the app on your device while it's running - are you seeing it patch when you log in? Does it look right when you immediately inspect someone after login?

You might try uninstalling and reinstalling (register your account first if it isn't).

Maybe he’s inspecting himself. I know the updated one doesn’t show when you inspect yourself.

Hehe been using 1990 smartphone xD not enough storage so i had to put it in sd card
